Whether you're sipping wine on the patio, hosting a celebration, or winding down after a day in the surf, this estate offers everything you need for a quintessential Santa Barbara stay.

Important house rules explicitly outlined in the reservation agreement to be aware of as if breached, there are significant applicable fines and immediate removal from the Premises: 
1. Daily housekeeping optional
2. Maximum of 16 guests on the property unless pre-approved by management. Event space available for additional fee.
